TERMS & CONDITIONS

Return and refund policy


For any undamaged product, simply return it with its included accessories (belt tie etc) as well as an attached product tag within 14 days of the date you receive the product, and we will exchange it or offer a store credit. Reasons for an exchange may include incorrect sizing. Store credits are valid for 3 months.

Please note that the following products are not eligible for return:

  • jewellery

  • swimwear

  • gift cards

Refunds will only be offered for faulty items however, please be aware items are carefully inspected by us prior to being wrapped and sent and a faulty item would never be sent intentionally. Items will be inspected before a refund is offered, once received. Items must not have been worn or show any signs of wear other than that of the fault.

Sale items are not eligible for an exchange however will still be covered by our faulty item refund policy.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs and any shipping costs associated with the purchase of replacement items.

Shipping and handling

All orders are carefully inspected before being packaged and shipped to you. Items will be despatched within 1-5 working days from the day the order is placed. This includes if express shipping is chosen. Shipping time after despatch is entirely dependent on the shipping company. Once your parcel has been despatched, we take no responsibility of damaged, missing or lost parcels made by the shipping company. We will offer assistance in finding your parcel if notified via email at sales@millieroseboutique.com.au. All parcels will require a signature upon receipt for peace of mind.

Local Delivery and Pick Up

Customers who place an order with local delivery will be contacted regarding a day and approximate time via text to the mobile number attached to the order. Please be aware that when using PayPal the mobile number linked the PayPal account will be added to the order and will be the number used to contact you. Local deliveries are made 1-5 business days from purchase day.

Customers who have chosen pick up from Oran Park NSW will also be contacted via text to arrange collection within 1-5 business days. Please note I am fairly flexible with pick up days and time and will always try my best to accomodate you. Bear in mind I work part time and have a young family to work around.

Right to change and modify Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms from time to time at our sole discretion. Therefore, you should review these page periodically. Your continued use of the website and/or our service after any such change constitutes your acceptance of the new terms. If you do not agree to any of these terms or any future version of the terms, please do not use or access (or continue to access) the website or the service.
